How do I book a vehicle?
Share your dates, pickup location, destination, passenger count, and vehicle preference. We’ll send options and pricing. Confirm, make payment, and receive instant booking confirmation.
Do you offer both chauffeur-driven and self-drive rentals?
Yes. Chauffeur service is available for all vehicles. Self-drive is offered on selected sedans/SUVs, subject to license verification and a refundable security deposit.
What documents do I need for self-drive?
A valid driver’s license, national ID or passport, and a security deposit. International visitors should present an International Driving Permit where required.
Is fuel included in the daily rate?
Fuel is generally excluded (pay-as-you-use). For chauffeur trips, we can provide an estimated fuel budget or add a flat rate for set routes on request.
What about insurance and vehicle coverage?
All vehicles are insured. Excess/deductible amounts vary by vehicle class and will be stated in your rental agreement. Damage due to negligence is not covered.
What are driver service hours and overtime rules?
Standard chauffeur service covers up to 10 hours/day. Extra hours attract overtime charges. Night driving and intercity trips may incur surcharges.
Can I take the vehicle outside Accra or do intercity trips?
Yes. Intercity rentals are available. Please share your route in advance so we can advise on mileage limits, driver allowances, and road conditions.
Do you provide airport transfers?
Absolutely. We offer meet-and-greet airport pickups and drop-offs at Kotoka International Airport and other pickup points across Ghana.
What payment methods do you accept?
Mobile Money (GHS), bank transfer, and major cards. Corporate invoicing is available for approved accounts and long-term hires.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on vehicle class and notice period. We’ll include clear terms in your quote. Qualifying cancellations may receive credits or partial refunds.
How soon should I book?
For best availability: 3–7 days in advance for sedans/SUVs, and 1–2 weeks for vans, coasters, and VIP vehicles—especially during weekends or event seasons.
