- GTBank MRV fee receipt and interview appointment confirmation
- Proof of ties to Ghana: employment letter, business registration or school enrolment
- Financial evidence covering the full trip cost, with explained deposits
- Purpose-of-travel evidence: invitation, conference letter, admission letter or medical referral
